At Neocutis Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
